On Friday the 13th of September 2024 I was on duty attached to callsign [CALLSIGN], conducting mobile patrol duties. I was wearing full personal protective equipment and driving a marked police vehicle.
At approximately [TIME]hrs I was dispatched to incident [REFERENCE] at [LOCATION]. The initial circumstances were that [CIRCUMSTANCES].
I activated my body worn video (BWV) camera, reference [REFERENCE], which records audio and video.
